a data center for a large search engine company in ohio.

one of my first projects at Utile was a new build 55,000sf data center sited in an existing business park outside of Columbus, OH.
our massing concept was based around representing the three phases of the project as three 'jewels' that all orient towards an open yard.
with the first two phases constructed, the framing of a central greenspace on an otherwise rural site was successful in providing a unique identity to this data center in a sea of like-minded structures.
